- Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays with a transit time of 3-5 business days for Canada and USA. International Shipment has a transit time of 5-8 business days. Order cut-off time of 17:00 (EST)
- Shipping Cost:
Enjoy free shipping on all orders within Canada, 20CAD for shipment to USA and 35CAD to international shipment. No minimum purchase is required.
- Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number that can be used to monitor the progress of your shipment.
- Multiple Shipments:
In order to fulfill your order efficiently, items may be shipped separately. You will be notified if your order will be shipped in multiple packages.
